Whilst the products are good, the communication & customer service is far from impressive. Custom blinds were purchased on 27 August, upon waiting for delivery i realised they had been sent to the same named suburb as mine but in the WRONG STATE. Upon finally receiving the package, one blind was MISSING. Jane (customer service) stated it would be made a priority and sent out and received in less than 5 business days. 8 business days later still no blind. NO communication is received unless you do the chasing. This is coming up to 9 weeks to an incomplete order, absolute appalling. I could have ordered from overseas cheaper and received it faster!! DO NOT RECOMMEND
