Rice Developments was established in 1998 to construct high-quality buildings via conventional contracts or design and construct contracts with turnkey finance and property development options. Due to the rapid expansion of Rice Developments Pty Ltd, the Rice Group expanded and on July 1 2011 Rice Construction Group Pty Ltd was formed. Rice Construction Group Pty Ltd continues with the construction aspect of the business whilst Rice Developments Pty Ltd focuses on property management and development to cater for our growing client base.
