Urban Chic Property Styling was created by Juliana Gowen, a successful real estate agent with over 25 years experience in selling residential real estate in Sydney.

On numerous occasions while still working as a professional real estate
agent, Juliana was asked by her vendors, “What can we do to make our property more appealing so we can achieve a higher price in less time?”

Understanding target markets and what motivated buyers, Juliana would make recommendations to her vendors on how to increase the appeal of
the property.
However, there were often limitations working with existing furniture and decor. Juliana realised that many properties needed a truly Professional makeover in order to achieve the right visual effect.

Where Juliana was invited to “do what she felt necessary”, the resulting interest and ultimate price achieved was amazing! Having added formal qualifications in colour and design and a Diploma in Interior Styling to her real estate qualifications and vast real estate experience, Juliana created Urban Chic Property Styling.
