We Search, Assess and Negotiate
Our full premium service is tailored to take the stress out of your property journey. As your Gold Coast trusted buyers advocate, we handle everything on your behalf. Our service includes weekly searching of the internet and sourcing off-market properties, inspections, full assessment with detailed reports and negotiating the successful purchase.
We offer you access to our recommended industry professionals to ensure a smooth property purchase.
We also assist in finalising all matters leading to settlement.
Fees: 1.6% + GST
Initial engagement fee of $2,500 (non refundable) and the balance at settlement (minus the engagement fee).

The Assess and Negotiate Service
The assess and negotiate service is suitable if you'd like to do the property search for yourself or have already found the property you would like to buy. As your Gold Coast buyers agent, we then inspect the property, prepare a detailed property report and price analysis and negotiate the purchase on your behalf.
We also assist in finalising all matters leading to settlement.
Fees: 0.8% + GST
Initial engagement fee of $1,500 (non-refundable) and the balance at settlement (minus the engagement fee)

The Bid Only Service
This service is ideal for buyers who feel uncomfortable navigating the auction process or simply wont be available on the day.
Fees: $900 + GST (upfront payment)
