Pre purchase building and pest inspections, our comprehensive reports are delivered the same day and contain photos of all defects found. Once you have signed a contract or had an offer accepted call us and we will do the rest. We will arrange the inspection with the agent, send you a pre engagement agreement outlining the scope of the inspection all done in accordance with Australian Standard 4349. Once the inspection is complete we will email the report to you. This report will make you fully informed on the condition of the property and can save you $$$ in unforeseen problems.
Termite inspections should be done in Adelaide at least once a year. We have many years experience treating homes for termites and are considered experts in this field.
Termite treatment Termite baiting and monitoring systems. We can service and maintain your existing system. Upon the initial survey of your property we will advise you on the best method to protect your home.
