StudioMarioRenzi is an all in one building service provider. StudioMarioRenzi was founded in 1998 in South Africa on the East coast of KwaZulu Natal, where Marius van Rensburg received his qualification as an architect. After Emmigrating to the UK, Marius became a member of the RIBA as an architect. Today the design business has designed over 164 projects in 3 different countries.
We design in different scales and scopes. Working on a wide spectrum of projects ranging from single family houses, offices, apartment units, town houses to large public buildings. We provide concept sketches from simple single storey to complex multiple storey designs. We take your ideas and convert them into Planning and Building Application drawings, ready for Council approval and builder’s quotes.
We are there to assist in providing a comprehensive scope of ideas and design principles, based on your requirements. Your carefully considered wishes need to be transformed onto paper and approved by council.
It is crucial to get a good set of drawings to the local council. Normally the council allow 4-6 weeks to return their decision.
It may depend on the complexity of the design and site restrictions that could influence the time margin for approval. It is therefore important to understand the full extent and scope of work before submitting it to the local council.
